The highlighter end of the applicator has a Glo shade cream to provide a boost of highlight to brighten the eye. This can be applied to the upper eye lid under the brow, corners of the eye or as desired. Suggested Use
Apply concealer on top of your foundation or under as preferred. Pat or blend in with your ring finger,or blend in with a brush using short feathery strokes. Ingredients
